Marina Village Sea Breeze Handover 2026 — Keys Now

Marina Village in Sea Breeze Baku is currently in active apartment handover. Out of 959 apartments, about half have already been handed over to owners in roughly two months (as of August 2026).
The handover process is being led by Arad Tevakol, with the handover team. Tevakol Family is a partner and developer in the project.
