Marina Village Sea Breeze Handover 2026: Half of 959 Apartments Already Delivered

Marina Village in Sea Breeze Baku is currently in active apartment handover. Out of 959 apartments, half have already been handed over to owners in just two months (as of August 2026).
The handover process is being led by Arad Tevakol, CEO of Marina Village and project partner, and the project’s handover team.
