Barnea B & C infrastructure

North Ashkelon, west Barnea, next to the sea. About 2006–2008. Completed.

Barnea B and C are two Bne Beitcha quarters on the dunes in west Barnea, north Ashkelon, next to the sea. About 600 plots, each about 500–600 square meters. Some plots sit about 70 meters from the beach. A 2002 city agreement limited houses to two floors and kept land west of the coastal road open. Land was released around 2004. In 2005 the Israel Antiquities Authority excavated on site ahead of the new neighborhood. By 2007 preparation works were already on site and building was about to start. T.R. Civil Engineering’s window was infrastructure in 2006–2008. T.R. did the infrastructure, not the villas, and not later towers by other companies such as ARIA and Barnea Hayeruka. The line about two new Ashkelon neighborhoods comes from a Ronen Tevakol interview in TheMarker on 25 January 2008. The names Barnea B and C were confirmed by the owner. This page is not merged with Herzog.
